The Bonifraterskie Centrum Medyczne (BCM) is a Polish healthcare company that manages three hospitals in Kraków, Katowice and Lodz with emergency rooms, intensive care and numerous wards. Departments such as general care, vascular, oncological, orthopaedic surgery, gynaecology and obstetrics are included in the offer of BCM. These hospitals ensure the treatment of thousands of patients annually, with outpatient clinics that provide advanced daily consultations, gynecological, foetal, general, vascular, oncological and orthopaedic surgery. For this reason, BCM and its hospitals are recognised as one of the most important medical facilities in Poland.
KBB is a non-profit Austrian healthcare and training organization. KBB manages the hospital in St. Veit/Glan, the facility involved in the TECH-HEALTH project. The hospital is a certified healthcare facility, a teaching hospital of the MU Graz, Innsbruck and Vienna and a member of the Austrian network of health-promoting hospitals. Patient care at the highest professional level, specialization in selected medical subjects and a broad field of activities, for a total of 25 professionalgroups, characterize the St. Veit/Glan hospital, both as an employer and as a training centre. The hospital has 181 beds and employs around 450 people. It promotes the integration of new employees and support their professional development through regular professional exchange and through periodical training. Every year, around 12.650 inpatients and almost 14.000 outpatients are treated in the hospital departments: surgery, gynaecology and obstetrics, anaesthesia and intensive care, palliative care..
San Juan de Dios Foundation is a non-profit organization with the purpose of training and research in health sciences. Its scope of action covers social assistance, vocational training and promotion of initiatives in healthcare. FSJD fosters innovative training that offers students and learners the possibility of responding to the needs of society through creative solutions, with sustainable models that generate a high social impact in the immediate environment. FSJD vision is to be a reference centre in training oriented to propose innovative solutions – also in the field of digital technologies for healthcare -in response to the needs of society, and especially of vulnerable groups. FSJD mission is to contribute to the creation of an educational, social and healthcare system that responds to the challenges of society in a sustainable way, through training in projects focused on innovation and social impact. This mission is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals
Hospitality Europe is an international not-for-profit organization based in Brussels. Its main goals focus in supporting the educational, health and social care centers of the Hospitaller Order of St. John of God in European projects funded by EU programmes. The wide network of connections of Hospitality Europe with professionals and educational carers of the Hospitaller Order of St. John of God , whose facilities are present in most of the EU Member States, turns into an effective system for handling relations with the EU Institutions in their respective areas of competence. The organization’s mission also includes organizing cooperative ventures between the hospitals and social facilities in different European countries, and promoting the image and mission of the Order in Europe and in the rest of the world (awarding of European Citizen’s Prize in 2014). Hospitality Europe began informally operations in 2012 and was established as Belgian INPO in January 2014
